Description:  Obverse: Bust of Roma, wearing helmet, holding shield in l. and spear over shoulder in r., facing r.; above, crescent, * to l. and border of dots. Reverse: Voting scene. Figure on l. of pons receives ballot from attendant below, another figure on r. of pons places ballot in cista. Bar on which stands tablet bearing letter P, to top, and border of dots.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ROMA (Roma). Reverse: ΛERVA (Nerva).
