Description:  Obverse: Bust of Anastasius facing 3/4 r. wearing cuirass, paludamentum and diademed plumed helmet, holding spear transversely behind head in r. hand and shield depicting a cavalryman on l. shoulder. Reverse: Victoria standing l. holding long cross, star in r. of field.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: DN ANASTΛ SIVS PP AVC (Our Lord Anastasius eternal Augustus). Reverse: VICTORI A AVCCC (Imperial Victory). Control mark: I (10). Mint mark: CONOB.
