Description:  Obverse: Head of Aurelian, wearing radiate crown and beard, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Sol, radiate and naked, with cloak, standing facing l., r. hand raised and holding globe in l.; two captives at feet.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C HVRELIHNIIS HVC (Imperator Caesar Aurelian Augustus). Reverse: ORI-E-N-S HVC (The Rising Sun of the Emperor). In Exergue: QXXT.

Notes:  In accordance with RIC, the QXXT in the exergue of the reverse are mintmarks indicating Ticinum.
