Description:  Obverse: Head of Faustina Minor, bare, with hair waved and fastened in a bun on back of head, curls on r., draped, facing r. Reverse: Fecunditas, draped and standing facing l., between two children and holding two infants in her arms.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: FΛVSTINΛ ΛVCVSTΛ (Faustina Augusta). Reverse: FECVND ΛVGVSTΛE S C (Fecundity of the Empress, S C; Translation Disputed).
