Description:  Obverse: Bust of Gratian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with crowning Victory on orb in l. hand raising kneeling figure with r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D M GRATIA NVS P Π AVG (our lord Gratian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: REPARATIO ΠEIPVB (re-establishment of the Republic). Mint mark: ANT A (Antiochia 1).
