Name:  Steni Hoard
Brief biography:  A hoard of 'several hundred' sixth century solidi found at Steni near Paphos in 1946.

A hoard of 'several hundred' solidi from Justinian I (527-565) to Maurice (582-602) found at Steni, near Paphos on Cyprus. Like most of the other Cypriot hoards held in art at the Barber, it came to Whitting from the collection of James R. Stewart, a Cypriot archaeologist.
