Description:  Obverse: bearded bust of Constantine V facing, wearing chlamys and trefoil crown and holding cross potent in r. hand and akakia in l. hand. Reverse: bearded bust of Leo III facing, wearing chlamys and trefoil crown and holding cross potent in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D NO CON[...] (Lord Constantine). Reverse: D NOLE P A MU (Lord Leo, for many years). Mint-mark: I / α

Notes:  No or hardly any trace of gold, but the type is a Roman solidus design according to DOC and BN; note however that a similar die occurs in the bronze of Naples in DOC.
