Description:  Obverse: Facing bust of Justinian, wearing curiass and plumed helmet with pendilia, in r. hand globus cruciger, on l. shoulder shield with horseman device, cross in r. of field. Reverse: K, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: DIN IVSIINI ANVS PPAV (Our lord Justinian Emperor in perpetuity). Reverse: ANNO XXXЧI (year 36). Mint mark: TES.
