Description:  Obverse: Bust of Justinian facing 3/4 r. wearing cuirass, paludamentum and plumed helmet, holding spear transversely behind head in r. hand and shield depicting a cavalryman on l. shoulder. Reverse: Victoria advancing l. holding long cross in r. hand, star in l. of field.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: DN IVSTI NIΛNVS PF (Our Lord Justinian blessed eternal Augustus). Reverse: VICIOR… A AVCCC (Imperial Victory). Control mark: V (5). Mint mark: COИOB.
