Reverse: Romanos standing facing on l. bearded and wearing loros bordered by five pellets and crown topped with cross, with r. hand raised to chest and holding globus cruciger in l. hand, Theotokos on r. facing, wearing tunic and maphorion, r. hand raised up to Romanos's crown.
