Description:  Obverse: Tiberius facing, wearing cross crown with pendilia, chlamys, with loros scarf draped over shoulders, holding mappa aloft in r.hand, and eagle-topped sceptre with cross atop eagle in l.hand. Reverse: Arched M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ϭ Π TIS CONIS [on its side] TANT PP VJ (Our lord Tiberius Constantine, eternal [inferred, Augustus]). Reverse: ANNO Ч (Year 5). Mint mark: τH … S.
