Description:  Obverse: Head of Gallienus, wearing a radiate crown and bearded, cuirassed, facing l. Reverse: Trophy between two captives, both sat facing away from the centre and tied to the base.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: GHLLIEΠIUS P Γ HVC (Gallienus Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: GLRMANICVS MHX V (Victor over the Germans for the Fifth Time).

Bibliography:  RIC V 18 var. (Joint Reign)

Notes:  As opposed to the RIC type, the bust on the obverse does not hold a spear and shield.
