Description:  Obverse: Head of Carausius, wearing radiate crown, draped and cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Pax, draped, standing facing l., holding olive-branch in r. and vertical sceptre in l.; S and P in field, to l. and r. respectively.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C CΛRAVSIVS P F ΛVC (Imperator Caesar Carausius Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: PH-X HV-C (Imperial Peace). In Exergue: MIXXI

Notes:  According to RIC, the MIXXI in the exergue of the reverse and the S and P in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officina) indicating Londinium.
