Description:  Obverse: Bust of Theodosius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Constantinopolis, enthroned, with orb in l. hand and sceptre in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N THEODO SIVS P F AVC (our lord Theodosius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CONCOR DIA AVCCC (concord of the three Augusti). Mint mark: CONO B (Constantinopolis 2).
