Description:  Obverse: Bust of Theodosius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with orb in l. hand and standard with cross in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D H THOODV SIVS I I ΛVC (our lord Theodosius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: GLOOIΛ ROMANORVM (glory of the Romans). Mint mark: NVM… (mint of Nicomedia).
