Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with standard in r. hand and orb in l. hand stepping on captive.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: O H CLCΠDIVS P F AVCVSIVS (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIDLVS Y XERCIΓI (virtue of the army). Mint mark: CONS □ (Constantinopolis 4).
