Description: Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand, surmounted by hand holding wreath. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with standard with cross in r. hand and shield in l. hand, a captive in l. field.
Inscriptions: Obverse: D N ARCΛD IVS P F AVG (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CLOPIA RO MANORVM (glory of the Romans). Mint mark: TES Γ · (Thessalonica 3).
