Description:  Obverse: Bust of Valentinian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Victory holding tropy in r. hand and dragging captive with l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N VALENTINIΠ□… -VC (our lord Valentinian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: SΛLVD… IPVBLICΛE (health of the Republic). Mint mark: ANT Δ (Antiochia 1).

Notes:  Reverse inscription reads RE IPVBLICAE instead of REI PVBLICAE.
