Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N VALENS Y F AVC (our lord Valens pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VOT / X / MIILT / X.X (prayers for 10 years of rule, more for the 20th anniversary). Mint mark: [branch]C[Chi-Ro]S[laurel wreath] (mint of Constantinopolis).
