Description: Obverse: Bust of Theodosius, facing 3/4 r. cuirassed, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Constantinopolis, enthroned, with cross on orb in r. hand and sceptre in l. hand, a shield besides throne.
Inscriptions: Obverse: D N THEODOSI VS P C AVC (our lord Theodosius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: IMP XXXXII COS XVII P P (Imperator for the forty-second time, Consul for the seventeenth time, father of the fatherland). Mint mark: COMO B (Constantinopolis 2).
