A hoard of 'more than 6,000' base metal coins of Constantine I, Licinius and their families found in an urn at Langwith, near York, in 1891. Probably around 1,300 are held in the Yorkshire Museum, while 488 were sold by Spink in 1924. Of these 488, 17 were bought by Geoffrey Haines, all of which now reside in the Barber's collection. |
