Description: Obverse: bust of Leo bearded wearing loros and cross crown holding cross potent in r. hand. Reverse: bust of Constantine beardless facing wearing chlamys and cross crown holding globus cruciger in r. hand.
Inscriptions: Obverse: Λ EO* (Leo). Reverse: K ONCT (Constantine). C I for Sicily.

Notes: Overstruck, E before K on reverse, which from size and position would indicate a Constantinopolitan original (potentially at least); very roughly clipped twice to bottom right and top left of obverse bust.
