Description:  Obverse: Head of Diocletian, wearing laurel wreath and beard, facing r. Reverse: Genius, naked but cloaked and wearing modius, standing facing l., pouring liquor from patera in r. and cornucopia in l.; XX, I and Γ in field, to l., bottom r. and mid-r. respectively.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C DIOCLETIΛNVS P F ΛVG (Imperator Caesar Diocletian Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: CENIO POPV-LI ROMΛNI (To the Genius of the Roman People). In Exergue: ΛLE

Notes:  According to RIC, the [A]LE in the exergue on the reverse and the XX (on l.) Γ I (on r.) in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officinae) indicating Alexandria.
