Description:  Obverse: (Uppermost layer) To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, with moustache and long beard, wearing military attire and crown, holding sceptre in r. hand. To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, wearing chlamys and crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. Reverse: (Uppermost layer) M; cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: None. Reverse: ANNO … ([Inferred] Year 20-30). Mint mark: COI. Control mark: Δ (4).

Notes:  Overstruck obverse on reverse; undertype a year four coin of Phokas, probably a follis. Single-faced countermark on the obverse of a mongram of Herakleios. Single-faced countermark on the reverse of an unidentified type.
