Description:  Obverse: Bust of Julian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed, bearded. Reverse: bull surmounted by two stars.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N FL CL IVLI AHVS P F AVC (our lord Flavius Claudius Julian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: SECVRITAΓ REPIVB (security of the Republic). Mint mark: [laurel branch] ANT A [laurel branch] (Antioch 1).
