Inscriptions: Obverse: D X ABΓΓDIVS P H ΛVCVSIVS (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIB·IS E XERCITI (virtue of the army). Mint mark: CONS Γ (Constantinopolis 3).
