Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with standard with cross in r. hand and orb in l. hand stepping on captive.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D X ABΓΓDIVS P H ΛVCVSIVS (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIB·IS E XERCITI (virtue of the army). Mint mark: CONS Γ (Constantinopolis 3).
