Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Victory, seated, inscribing on shield, a Christogram in r. field.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ) N ARCADI VS P F AVC (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VOT / X/ MVLT / XX (prayers for 10 years of rule, more for the 20th anniversary). Peripheric: VICTORII… VCVSTORVM (Victory of the Augusti). Mint mark: CONO B (Constantinopolis 2).
