Name:  Oshin
Brief biography:  King of Cilician Armenia 1307-1320.
Nationality:  Armenian
Occupation:  King
Date of birth:  1282
Period of rule:  1307-1320.
Date of death:  1320

Oshin was a son of Levon II, and brother of the kings Het'oum II, T'oros I, Smbat, and Gosdantin I. Oshin avoided the fratricidal civil war and succeeded his nephew Levon III upon the latter's murder by a Mongol general in 1307. Oshin was pro-Catholic and rumoured to have converted. He died in 1320, possibly of natural causes, but it is also speculated that he was murdered by the regent for the son that succeeded him.
