Description:  Obverse: Head of Antoninus Pius, wearing laurel wreath and bearded facing r. Reverse: Antoninus, veiled, standing facing l., sacrificing with patera over tripod, l. arm at side.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ΛNTONINVS ΛVC PIVS P P TR P XXII (Antoninus Augustus Pius, Father of the Fatherland, Tribune for the Twenty-Second Time). Reverse: VOΓΛ SVSCE-PTΛ DEC III (Vows undertaken for thirty years of rule). In Exergue: COS IIII (Consul for the Fourth Time).
