Obverse: Pellet border around inscription, equal armed cross between two horizontal lines above inscription, single pellet between two horizontal lines below inscription.

Reverse: Pellet border around inscription, single pellet between two horizontal lines above inscription.

Inscriptions / Translations:  Obverse: H CΦPAΓ / AVTH TOV / ΠPωT CΠA/ΘAPIOV (This seal of the protospatharios).

Reverse: TEΛEI / ΦICOI ΛE/ONTOC T/CAKOV/Λ (originates from Leon Tsakoules).

Notes:  Well preserved lettering, possibly two channels for burlap cord.
