Description:  Obverse: Head of Numerian, wearing radiate crown and short beard, draped and cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Prince, in military attire, standing facing r., holding sceptre in l. and receiving Victory on globe in r. from Carus, in military attire, standing facing l., holding sceptre in l.; * and C in field, at top and bottom respectively between the figures.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C M HVR NVMERIANVS NOB C (Imperator Caesar Marcus Aurelius Numerian, Noble Caesar). Reverse: VIHTVS AV-GCG (Imperial Courage). In Exergue: XXI
