Bailey says that there are some names in the members' list from whom no contributions of plants have been received for more than one year, and one of the conditions of membership is the contribution of a parcel of plants annually. At the bottom of the back page are all of the numerical calculations, along with the date and name of the costs. The letter is written on pink paper.
