Calvert to Professor Yapp. At the top of the letter, the address 'Birmingham, Natural History and Philosophical Society, Avebury House, 55 Newhall Street, Founded 1858' is printed. The letter refers to the Herbarium specimens Yapp had went through with Calvert and the unanimous decision that they be offered to the University. The specimens had been presented to the society by the late Bagnall. |
