This is an electrodynamometer type instrument for use at 50 Hz with a linear scale of Watts and non-linear scale of Volts up to 100 or 200V. The power measurement requires the use of a quadrature transformer. Instructions and a calibration certificate are in the lid. These are dated 1 Sept. 1909 and give the instrument serial number as 162W.
