This piece, bought in Ghana, has been woven on single-heddle upright loom. An indigo broken-line band has been embroidered at one end whilst the other end has been cut and hemmed. Although there is no overly visible marks of wear there are some rust marks stained onto the cloth. It was presented tot he Danford Collection by Sister Evelyn Bellamy in 1969.
