Rather than being wax printed or tie dyed, this piece has been roller-printed with a pattern of peacocks, butterflies, dragonflies, flowers and leaves, in crimson and light blue on natural ground. The natural theme of the print is continued in a floral border. The cloth has been machine printed and woven in India. It was bought in Ghana before 1944, and was presented to the Danford Collection by Sister Evelyn Bellamy in 1969.
