A wooden box with many partitions containing an assortment of components for electronic equipment, including a variety of thermionic valves. In the lid is a compartment containing hand-drawn circuit diagrams. This is a box that an electronics technician would carry around to service instruments in the Department of Physics, many of which would have been home-built in the electronics workshop.
