Corinthian aryballos of buff clay with dull black paint. Misfired in places. Fineware. Concentric circles on the lip, with a series of dots to the edge of the rim. On the shoulder, petals/rays. Horizontal stripes on the handle. On the body, an animal, possibly a bull, is surrounded by flowers. The paint loss is extensive here, and details can be made out only by the incision marks, some of which look modern. On the base, a series of concentric circles. Colour: fabric 10YR 7/3 (very pale brown), 2.5YR 7/2 (light grey), paint 2.5Y 4/2 (dark greyish brown). Complete and in fair condition. Extensive paint loss and wear to the surface.
