Description: Obverse: Jugate head of a bearded Numa Pompilius, wearing a head-band, and a non-bearded Ancus Marius. Reverse: Two arches; beneath left arch, a spiral column bearing a statue of Victory; protruding from right arch is a prow.
Inscriptions: Obverse: from right to left - ANCVS MAR CI ...PILI. Reverse: Above the arches - ...ENSO; below the arches - ...OMA.

Notes: Crawford (p.361) suggests the arches represent ship-sheds at the port of Ostia.
