Description:  Obverse: Head of Diocletian, wearing radiate crown and beard, draped and cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Jupiter, naked but cloaked, standing facing r., holding globe in r. and sceptre in l., facing Hercules, naked, standing facing l., holding Victory on globe in r. and club and lion-skin in l.; Δ in field, between figures.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C G VAL UIOCLETIANVS P F AVG (Imperator Caesar Gaius Valerius Diocletian Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: IOV ET HERCV CONSER AVGG (Jupiter and Hercules, the Protectors of the Two Emperors). In Exergue: XXI•

Notes:  According to RIC, the XXI• in the exergue of the reverse and the Δ in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officinae) indicating Antioch.
