Description: Obverse: Bust in profile view right, variant 3, bearded with long straight hair, wearing crown with two crescents attached to the diadem, a pair of wings and a buffalo's head above; ribbons emerge from both shoulders; single pellet border; outside border at 90, 180 and 270 degrees crescent with Tamgha. Reverse: Fire altar with two attendants; single pellet border; outside border at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees crescent with tamgha.
Inscriptions: Obverse: PPCHMA (Corrpted pahlavi legend of Napki Malka) YBGW BHRKAN (Yaghbu [High administrator] of the Bactrians). Reverse: PNCDM (Corrupted Pahlavi legend of 'Fifteen') ZAWST (Zabulistan).
