Pewter milk jug, part of service consisting of squat-shaped tea pot, milk jug and bowl. All in hand-beaten style with mock rivets in Arts & Crafts style. Marked on base CRAFTSMAN PEWTER SHEFFIELD, trade mark of Viner's Ltd of Shefflield. Mark was in use between 1926 and 1939. Black bakelite handle and finial on tea pot.
