'Botanical Gardens, Edgbaston, Birmingham' printed at the top of the letter and 'W. B. Latham, Curator' beside it. Date undeerneath says '12. 5. 97' but the '5' is smudged like it has tried to be rubbed out. The accompanying note clearly says 'April 12/97'.
