Scapbook containing plant specimens arranged by genus. Labelled by hand 'S. A. Miles February 28th 1862'. Some specimens date back to 1806. Specimens labelled by hand, some apparently by a child. Specimens sewn in place with cotton. Probably transferred from Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry to University of Birmingham Herbarium.
Note: pages may have been treated with mercuric chloride. Handling restrictions and precautions must be observed.
