Ladies' full-length 'stuff' skirt, 1900-1910, bottle green, with dust ruffle set behind hem. Gathered at waist, with separate waistband. Has been altered at waist. Fastens with press studs and hooks and eyes. Belonged to friend of donor's mother, who lived in Pembrokeshire.
