Description:  Obverse: Head of Marcus Aurelius, wearing laurel wreath and bearded, facing r. Reverse: Tiber, half draped and reclining facing l. on ground, setting r. on prow of boat, half-seen on l., holding tall reed in l. and resting l. elbow on urn, tilted down and issuing water to l.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXIX (Marcus Antoninus Augustus, Tribune for the Twenty-Ninth Time). Reverse: IMD VII COS III (Imperator for the Seventh Time, Consul for the Third Time). In Exergue: S C (Translation Disputed).
