Description: Obverse: Bust of Varhran I, bearded, with hair over l. shoulder; radiate-crown, with korymbos above; to l. of crown symbol of fravahar; single pellet border. Reverse: Fire altar, with two steps at base, two at top, with altar slab above, single pellet on each upper step on fire altar, with symbol of fravahar on altar shaft; fire atop altar; attendants flanking the altar, facing away from altar; both figures crowned and holding spears; to r. of fire, symbol of fravahar; single pellet border.
