Inscriptions: Obverse: D N HACAD IVS P F HVC (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CLOAIH AO MHNOAVM (glory of the Romans). Mint mark: CON Γ [star] (Constantinopolis 3).
