Description:  Obverse: Bust of Gratian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Emperor on ship raising r. hand, behind him a Victory.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N CRATIH NVS D F HVC (our lord Gratian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CLORIA RO MHNORVM (glory of the Romans). Mint mark: SMK B (Cyzicus 2).
