Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand being crowned by Victory with palm in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D M ΔRCΛDI VS P F AVC (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIRTVS EXERCITI (virtue of the army). Mint mark: CONS B (Constantinopolis 2).
